Our Director is Simon Goode, who has used his experience as a mediator and manager to support teams all around Australia with communication skillset development for over a decade.
Simon bring a unique perspective to our training workshops having completed a 4-year degree in Psychology and with significant clinical experience as well as an MBA and experience leading teams.
I have helped senior managers and small business owners resolve workplace conflicts all around Australia and around the world.
These days I focus on resolving workplace conflict - mediation, coaching and designing unique workshops for those who want to develop more productive relationships moving forward.
