Our training team is led by Simon Goode, who has used his experience as a mediator and manager to support teams all around Australia with communication skillset development for over a decade.

Simon brings a unique perspective to our training workshops having completed a 4-year degree in Psychology and with significant clinical experience as well as an MBA and experience leading teams.
